The key word here is “come back.” The reason is that even in small businesses, there’s this feeling that the business is going downhill. You might feel like the business is down but it’s not. The reason is that the business will always exist and there’s a desire in the owner to know that the business is still going strong. In other words, you feel like your family business is going down but it’s not.
In other words, when a small business starts to feel like it has lost its identity it will start to feel like it is going downhill. It will start to feel like it is dying. I remember going to a small business in California where they had this one big warehouse that was going to be the new headquarters for the company after they sold out to another company.

In this case, the business of the company was the warehouse. The company did not sell out, it was all a few people who got together and bought a few used machinery and tools, then they hired a few more people to make a new warehouse for the company. That warehouse is now being used as a warehouse for the new headquarters.
I hate to use the word “stink” but it’s the only way to describe the smell of this new business model.
It’s not surprising that the company is having a rough time, because it is dying and is no longer a profitable business. In fact, it is so far from profitable that the CEO has to cut back on the number of people he works with on a daily basis. I think that’s why it smells like a dying company.
The only thing that makes me feel better about this new business model, is that the CEO is a new kind of person. He has a lot of anger and a lot of resentment, but he works very hard to deal with it. He is very laid-back and almost softhearted. There are a lot of people who need to work very hard to be successful. The CEO is one of those people. He takes the time to talk to people, and listen to them.
The CEO is trying to find a way to help the company, but he doesn’t know how. He’s got a lot of work to do. We’re all happy to see this new business model for work, but what’s so satisfying is to see this new team member come in and just be himself. It’s almost like having a family and just working together. It brings a lot of satisfaction.
So now that we all know what his family is doing, we can ask him how, and he just tells us its cool. A great thing to see to see all of our hard work come back on.
