The “top 10 percent” of most major corporations and the “top 10 percent” of most elite universities, etc. The list of his most notable accomplishments, however, is a lot more modest. He was the first man to go through a full training program for his first supercomputer and he also is the first person to have built a full computer simulation of the human brain.
Bull’s achievements are largely in the realm of theory, but he is also an expert at creating supercomputers. He has already built his own supercomputer, but he is not the first person to build a supercomputer that can run the programs of a computer.

There are no actual brain cells to simulate and the network of neurons are based on actual brain cells. It is a great tool for creating simulations that don’t feel real.
