By This is a position I’ve held since 2008, and I’ve been at it for 10 years now. I’m currently the Business Development Manager (BDM) for a local company, and when I’m not doing this, I’m at work, driving my kids to soccer practice, or hanging out with my husband and our dog.
Ive been doing this job for the past 6 years, and Ive learned a lot along the way. Ive been fortunate to have many opportunities to learn a lot, and Im proud of the fact Ive been able to learn a lot from them. Ive learned that no matter what you do for a living, you will lose sleep. However, when you have children, you have to do what you can to manage your time so you can spend your time with them.
A lot of work is done by people who don’t have kids or young children. To do that job, they must work long and/or overtime, and they need to be on top of all the details. If you’re not the one doing the hiring, you won’t get the job done.
When you put your time and effort into something, you want it to work. If it doesn’t work, you want to know why. So when you hire people, be sure that you interview them and ask them why they decided that they didnt want to work for you. You will likely get more out of them if you ask them this question.
The most important thing to be a good business development analyst is to hire the right people. You can do that by interviewing and hiring the right people. The interviewers will ask the right questions and you will get more out of their answers if they are interviewing you.
