We all need to take a step back and think about what we need to do or not do. It is OK to ask questions, to be curious, to get feedback, and to learn in ways we haven’t before. Sometimes we have to do things in ways that are unfamiliar to us and that we don’t like. It’s OK to question our habits and routines and to be willing to try new things.
This is why it’s so important to think before you do some things, because often we just want to do them. We want to do these things because we want to do them, because we feel like we need to do them, or because we think we need to do them, but we don’t know what we’re doing or what’s causing us to do it. All we know is what we’re trying to do.
The thing is that a lot of the time we dont even know what were doing. I think that one of the most important things to realize is that we need to be aware of what were doing, even when were doing it. For instance, I really like pizza, but I do not like eating pizza. So, when I went to get a slice of pizza (even if it was a crappy pizza) I was not aware of what I was doing.
This is why we need to make sure we’re aware of what we are doing as much as possible. I think that is the essence of what we call “awareness.” We need to be constantly aware of what we do, and how we are doing it, and what it means to us. We don’t have to look at the world around us and wonder who is making it weird.

This is the idea that the only way to be self-aware is through our own individual mindset. This is why the only way you can exercise self-awareness is by being one with yourself. We need to be one with ourselves to understand our own individual behaviors and how they relate to our own individual actions.
